The Spencer Business Association takes great pride in the rich history of its town. The
livelihood of Spencer was built in the early 20th Century by the families
and workers of Historic Spencer Shops - The largest Southern Railway
steam locomotive repair facility of its time. The legacy of this
wonderful town is reflected in it's fine businesses that stand and grow
together today, and the people who strive to continue the values and
